Engagement terms & required disclosures
Terms, disclosures, and your right to cancel.
Last updated: 2026-05-18
This page contains the engagement terms and federally required disclosures that apply to every paid engagement with Kali Credit Co. (the “firm,” “we,” “us”). By making a payment via any link on kalicreditco.com, you are agreeing to these terms and acknowledging receipt of the notices below.
Your right to cancel — 3 business days
You may cancel this engagement, without any charge or penalty, at any time before midnight of the third business day after the date on which you sign this contract. To cancel, send a written notice to kalimarhernandez@gmail.com or text (352) 586-3704 stating “I am cancelling.” Upon receipt, any amount you have paid will be refunded in full and the engagement will be void.
1. What is being provided
Kali Credit Co. provides educational consulting and written correspondence services, including:
- A written audit of your consumer credit file across the three major bureaus.
- Drafting and certified-mail transmission of debt-validation demand letters to creditors and collectors under FDCPA §809.
- Drafting and submission of federal regulatory complaints regarding accounts you authorize the firm to escalate.
- Drafting of FCRA-based correspondence (including Method-of-Verification requests under §611(a)(7) and statute-of-limitations letters) where applicable to your file.
- Written explanations and ongoing email correspondence about the status of each item in your engagement.
The work product itself — the audit report and the correspondence sent on your behalf — is what is delivered for your fee. Specific outcomes such as deletions, score changes, or approvals are never guaranteed and depend on factors outside the firm’s control, including how creditors, collectors, and bureaus respond.
2. Total cost and payment schedule
You may elect one of three engagement options at checkout:
- Pay in full: $499 one-time. No additional charges.
- 3-month plan: $179 per month for three months. Total $537. The plan automatically ends after the third payment.
- 6-month plan: $99 per month for six months. Total $594. The plan automatically ends after the sixth payment.
All charges are processed by Stripe, Inc. and appear on your statement under “Kali Credit Co.” You may cancel any active plan at any time via the customer portal link Stripe provides on your receipt.
3. Estimated time to perform services
The first round of demand letters and federal complaints is typically transmitted within the first seven (7) business days of engagement. The first round of responses from creditors and collectors typically arrives within thirty (30) business days. Total engagement length depends on the file but is generally complete within 90 to 180 days. These are estimates only.
Consumer Credit File Rights Under State and Federal Law
You have a right to dispute inaccurate information in your credit report by contacting the credit bureau directly. However, neither you nor any “credit repair” company or credit repair organization has the right to have accurate, current, and verifiable information removed from your credit report. The credit bureau must remove accurate, negative information from your report only if it is over seven years old. Bankruptcy information can be reported for ten years.
You have a right to obtain a copy of your credit report from a credit bureau. You may be charged a reasonable fee. There is no fee, however, if you have been turned down for credit, employment, insurance, or a rental dwelling because of information in your credit report within the preceding 60 days. The credit bureau must provide someone to help you interpret the information in your credit file.
You are entitled to receive a free copy of your credit report if you are unemployed and intend to apply for employment in the next 60 days, if you are a recipient of public welfare assistance, or if you have reason to believe that there is inaccurate information in your credit report due to fraud.
You have a right to sue a credit repair organization that violates the Credit Repair Organization Act. This law prohibits deceptive practices by credit repair organizations.
You have the right to cancel your contract with any credit repair organization for any reason within three (3) business days from the date you signed it.
Credit bureaus are required to follow reasonable procedures to ensure that the information they report is accurate. However, mistakes may occur.
You may, on your own, notify a credit bureau in writing that you dispute the accuracy of information in your credit file. The credit bureau must then reinvestigate and modify or remove inaccurate or incomplete information. The credit bureau may not charge any fee for this service. Any pertinent information and copies of all documents you have concerning an error should be given to the credit bureau.
If the credit bureau’s reinvestigation does not resolve the dispute to your satisfaction, you may send a brief statement to the credit bureau, to be kept in your file, explaining why you think the record is inaccurate. The credit bureau must include a summary of your statement about disputed information with any report it issues about you.
The Federal Trade Commission regulates credit bureaus and credit repair organizations. For more information contact:

4. The three credit bureaus
You may contact any of the three nationwide credit bureaus directly, free of charge, to obtain or dispute information in your credit file:
- Equifax · P.O. Box 740241, Atlanta, GA 30374 · equifax.com · 1-800-685-1111
- Experian · P.O. Box 4500, Allen, TX 75013 · experian.com · 1-888-397-3742
- TransUnion · P.O. Box 2000, Chester, PA 19016 · transunion.com · 1-800-916-8800
You may obtain a free copy of your credit report from each of these bureaus, once every twelve months, at AnnualCreditReport.com.
5. No guarantee of outcomes
Kali Credit Co. does not guarantee any specific outcome, including but not limited to: removal of any item from your credit report, improvement of your credit score, approval of any application for credit, or any other result. The firm guarantees only that the written audit and correspondence described in Section 1 will be performed.
Statements anywhere on kalicreditco.com or in any communication from the firm regarding typical timelines, average outcomes, or examples of past work are illustrative and not predictive of your individual file.
6. No statement of representation
No statement made in negotiation of this engagement, whether oral or written, shall be effective unless it is set forth in this written agreement. Any modification must be in writing and signed by both parties.
7. Florida-specific disclosures
Kali Credit Co. is based in Florida and operates as a Credit Service Organization under Florida Statutes §817.7001 et seq. The firm is registered with the Florida Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services (DACS) and maintains the surety bond required by Florida law. Registration details are available on written request.
Florida residents may file complaints with the Florida DACS Division of Consumer Services at fdacs.gov/Consumer-Resources or by calling 1-800-435-7352.
8. Refund policy
You may cancel for a full refund within three (3) business days as set forth in the notice above. After the three-day cancellation window:
- If you paid in full ($499), no refund is owed once work has been performed. Work begins on the eighth (8th) day after payment to permit the cancellation window plus four business days of intake preparation.
- If you are on a monthly plan, you may cancel at any time. Future scheduled payments will not be charged. Already-paid months are non-refundable once work has been performed.
9. Kali Credit Co-Pilot (software product)
Kali Credit Co-Pilot is a separate product from the consulting engagement described above. Co-Pilot is educational self-help software, licensed to you month to month.
- Software license, not a service. Co-Pilot reads the credit reports you upload on your own device, identifies items you may choose to challenge, and drafts paperwork for your review. You review, sign, file, and send every document yourself, in your own name. Kali Credit Co. performs no service on your behalf inside Co-Pilot, does not act as your agent or representative, and never communicates with bureaus, collectors, or regulators for you.
- No outcome guarantee. No deletion, score change, or approval is promised or implied. What the subscription buys is access to the software and the documents it drafts.
- Cancel anytime. The subscription is month to month with no minimum term and no cancellation fee. Cancel in the app (Account, Turn off renewal), from the Stripe billing portal linked in your workspace, or from any receipt email. Access continues through the period already paid, then the workspace becomes read-only.
- Voluntary three-day full refund. Cancel within three (3) business days of first purchase for a full refund of that purchase, no questions asked.
- Your data. Report PDFs are read in your browser and are never uploaded. Only the structured account list you approve is stored. You can erase everything at any time with the Delete My Data control in your workspace.
- Your standing rights. You can always dispute information on your credit reports directly with the credit bureaus yourself, for free, without Co-Pilot or any paid product.
